Turpin tower

This is a Renaissance style urban palace with marked gothic taste. It is considered one of the oldest and best preserved residences of the Catholic Monarchs´ period. It was built in ashlar limestones around 1520. The main façade although sober is very much in line with the period taste, presenting semi- circular arch access framed by large voussoirs.
Its numerous windows are fitted with windowsilla and small roof overhangs, the later decorated with balls.
